1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing all2design.in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. These terms may be updated periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.
2. Services
All2Design provides web design & development, brand identity, content, SEO, performance marketing, social media, video production and related digital growth services. Engagement and pricing details are agreed in writing on a per-project or retained basis.
3. Intellectual property
Client-owned content, brand assets and provided materials remain the client's property. Deliverables we create are licensed to the client on full payment settlement. Website code, this site's assets and trademarks remain ours unless separately assigned.
4. Client obligations & warranties
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals and necessary access. Any claims, testimonials or performance figures in case studies labelled as demo or estimated are illustrative or based on the stated data and are not guarantees of outcomes.
5. No guarantee of results
While we follow documented growth processes, we do not guarantee specific traffic, rankings or revenue outcomes, which depend on market conditions and factors outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
